4. Known limitations
Accessibility is our responsibility, not yours. Rather than disclaim it, we publish what we know is currently incomplete:
- Several images are placeholders awaiting final artwork. Their descriptive alternative text is written when the artwork is supplied.
- The promotional film on the home page has no captions or transcript. It carries no speech or on-screen information that is not also stated in text on the same page, and it can be paused. Captions will be added if that ever changes.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email kieren@elk-partners.co.uk describing what you were trying to do and what happened. We will reply, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
